If the Full Game unlock is missing, make sure the device is online and signed in to the Google Play or Apple App Store account used for the purchase. Then use “Restore Purchases” from the in-game Full Game screen. You will not be charged again for a purchase made with the same store account.
When contacting us, please include the device model, Android or iOS version, game version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment-card or account-password information by email.
